You may order any of our plans by phone (314-439-9861), fax (314-878-2711), or e-mail at order@designclassics-stlouis.com. After receiving your order, we will then send you a contract to sign. Upon receiving your contract and payment we will then send out your blueprints or reproducible prints.

We can usually process orders in about 2 weeks after receipt of payment.

All of our plans are priced at 50 cents per square foot. This price includes 10 sets of blueprints. Additional sets may be ordered for an additional $30 per set. You may also order reproducible sets for an additional $400.00. We also have reverse reading sets available for an addtional printing charge of $100.00. All prices are subject to change.

All of our plans are ready to build, pending review by a local architect.

Every state, county and municipality has its own codes, zoning requirements, ordinances, and building regulations. Modifications, depending on where you live, may need to be done by a local architect or engineer to bring your plans into compliance with local building requirements. All of our plans are designed to meet BOCA 1996 standards.

These plans DO NOT include plumbing plans or mechanical plans. These should be obtained locally from an engineer to ensure proper size and compliance with local codes.
