Reproduction of any of these materials by any means is strictly prohibited. The right of building only one structure from the plans purchased from Design Classics of St. Louis is licensed exclusively to the buyer. The plans, in any form, cannot be transferred or resold to another party. When reproducible vellums are purchased, the buyer is licensed to build only one structure from the plans and reproduce a maximum of 20 sets.

It is unlawful to resell or transfer the plans. Copyright owners can seek full remedies available under the copyright statutes including statutory damages of up to $100,000 per infringement.

Every effort is made to insure the completeness, accuracy and buildability of our plans. We reserve the right to make corrections to our plans or elevations to improve or update them to comply with changing building codes. Actual plans and elevations may vary slightly from artist's renderings.

NOTE: We produce both standard and custom plans. Some photographs of existing homes may show variations from standard elevations to suit homeowners' preferences.
